The book and the OTA-200 corpus are actively maintained. If you think you have found an error — in a case, a score, a citation, or the book itself — report it. Every correction that is implemented is published here: what changed, when, and, if you opt in, who found it.

Submissions go through a structured form so they can be triaged quickly and reviewed properly. A submission is not publicly visible while it is under review — only corrections that have actually been implemented appear in the log below. You can be notified privately of the outcome if you leave contact details.
