The OTA-200 corpus & methodology

The OTA-200 case records and the methodology write-up are licensed under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0: read them, search them, study them, and cite them with attribution — but do not redistribute them, republish them, or use them commercially. The corpus is free precisely because it stays in one canonical, maintained, correctable place: this site. There is no download or export, by design.
