1. Episode summary
The episode covers Motorola's transformation under Robert W. 3. OTA narrative
Observe. The observation that a mass-market portable cellular category would emerge, and that the incumbent radio-communications businesses could be redirected toward it, was the decisive perceptual step of the episode.
